Welcome to St. Marien-Hospital Lüdinghausen
With our Hospital located next to the city centre of the charming village of Lüdinghausen, we take care of the emergency and elective treatment needs of approx. 12,000 patients each year. Our departments include Anaesthesia and Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, and a Centre for Acute Geriatrics. The departments are supported by our diagnostics and treatment services using up-to-date technical equipment. Our team of more than 420 healthcare professionals takes care of up to 190 in-patients at any time.
The city of Lüdinghausen (www.luedinghausen.de) is best known for its three castles which are, as is typical in the Münsterland, surrounded by water grafts. The inner-city pedestrian zone starts next to the hospital, schools for children of all ages and a wide range of shops complete Lüdinghausen’s setting as an attractive city for living and working alike. In addition, cinemas, theatres, and other leisure facilities contribute to the range of cultural offers. Lüdinghausen is connected to Dortmund and Münster with direct train and bus services. For those healthcare professionals arriving from other countries, the hospital has an on-premises suit of rooms for shared-living, fully equipped and with kitchen and bathrooms.
If you are a professional nurse with German B2-Certificate and hold a (partly) recognition as Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger or Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann issued by authorities of North Rhine-Westphalia (Düsseldorf or Münster) we invite you to apply via the International Recruiting department of St. Francis-Foundation: https://www.st-franziskus-stiftung.de/karriere/international-recruiting-de.html
